4. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the stainless steel mixing bowl, whisk, beater, dough hook, and anti-splash cover in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main motor unit with a damp cloth.
3. Placement: Place the food processor on a clean, dry, and stable countertop. Ensure the non-slip feet are firmly gripping the surface.
4. Attaching the Bowl: Press the tilt-head release lever to lift the motor unit. Place the stainless steel bowl into its base, turning it clockwise until it locks securely in place.
5. Attaching an Accessory: Select the desired attachment (whisk, beater, or dough hook). Align the top of the attachment with the shaft in the tilt-head and push upwards, then turn slightly to lock it into place.

General Operation:
