4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking and Inspection

  1. Carefully remove the welding machine and all accessories from the packaging.

4.2 Power Connection

  1. Ensure the main power switch on the welding machine is in the "OFF" position.

4.3 Wire Spool Installation

  1. Open the wire spool compartment.
  2. Place the appropriate wire spool (0.5-5 kg, Ø100-200) onto the spindle. Ensure the wire unwinds smoothly.
  3. Thread the welding wire through the wire feed mechanism, ensuring it passes through the correct guide tube and into the liner of the welding torch.
  4. Close the wire spool compartment.

4.4 Ground Clamp Connection

Attach the ground clamp securely to the workpiece or a metal workbench that is in direct electrical contact with the workpiece. A good ground connection is crucial for stable arc and safe operation.
