1. Setup
1.1 Unpacking and Components
Before you begin, ensure all components are present in the package:

1.2 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the handset.
- Slide the cover downwards to open it.
- Insert the two supplied AAA rechargeable batteries, observing the correct polarity (+ and -).
- Replace the battery compartment cover, sliding it upwards until it clicks into place.

1.3 Base Unit Connection
- Connect the small end of the power adapter to the 'POWER' socket on the back of the base unit.
- Plug the other end of the power adapter into a standard electrical wall outlet.
- Connect one end of the telephone line cord to the 'LINE' socket on the back of the base unit.
- Plug the other end of the telephone line cord into your telephone wall socket.
- Place the base unit on a flat, stable surface, away from other electrical appliances to minimize interference.
1.4 Initial Charge
Once the batteries are installed and the base unit is connected, place the handset on the base unit. The handset will emit a short beep, and the battery icon on the display will indicate charging. For optimal battery performance, allow the handset to charge continuously for at least 16 hours before its first use, even if the display indicates a full charge sooner.
2. Operating Instructions
2.1 Making and Receiving Calls
- To Make a Call:
- Press the Talk button.
- Dial the desired phone number using the keypad.
- Press the Off button to end the call.
- To Receive a Call:
- When the phone rings, press the Talk button.
- Press the Off button to end the call.
2.2 Adjusting Volume
During a call, press the Vol (Volume) up or down buttons (located below the 'Calls' button) to adjust the earpiece volume.
2.3 Phonebook
Your phone can store up to 20 names and numbers in its phonebook.
- To Store a Contact:
- Press Menu/OK.
- Navigate to 'Phonebook' and press Menu/OK.
- Select 'Add New' and press Menu/OK.
- Enter the name using the keypad (multi-press for letters).
- Press Menu/OK.
- Enter the phone number.
- Press Menu/OK to save.
- To Dial from Phonebook:
- Press the Calls button or navigate to 'Phonebook' via Menu/OK.

2.4 Caller Display
When you receive a call, the caller's number and name (if stored in your phonebook or provided by your network) will be displayed on the handset screen. The phone stores information for your last 10 calls.
2.5 Redial
Press the Redial button to view the last five numbers dialed. Select a number and press Talk to redial.
2.6 Mute Function
During a call, press the C/Mute button to mute your microphone. The other party will not hear you. Press C/Mute again to unmute.
2.7 Flash Function
The Flash button is used for network services such as call waiting or transferring calls, depending on your telephone service provider's features.
2.8 Handset Locator (Find)
