5. Setup
5.1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the scanner.

- Press the Scan button to begin scanning.
- Slowly and steadily glide the scanner downwards over the entire surface of the material. Maintain even pressure and a straight path for optimal results. The ScanRite roller tracking technology assists in guiding the scanner.
- Once the scan is complete, press the Scan button again to stop. The scanned image will be automatically saved to the MicroSD card.
