5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

1. Once attached to your vacuum cleaner and with batteries installed, press the power button on the top of the nozzle to activate the vibration function and UV-C light. An indicator light will illuminate.
2. To turn off, press the power button again.

5.2 Cleaning Surfaces

1. Turn on your vacuum cleaner.
2. Place the activated Dirt Devil M266 Anti-Mite Nozzle firmly onto the textile surface you wish to clean (e.g., mattress, pillow, sofa). The UV-C light will only activate when the nozzle is pressed against a surface.
3. Move the nozzle slowly and steadily across the surface in overlapping passes. The vibration function helps to dislodge embedded dust mites and allergens, while the UV-C light provides a sanitizing effect.
4. Continue cleaning until the entire desired area has been treated.
5. After use, turn off the nozzle and your vacuum cleaner.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
