  • Do not charge the unit outdoors.
  • Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.
  • Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.

Setup

Initial Charging

Mounting the Charging Base (Optional)

The charging base can be mounted on a wall for convenient storage and charging.

  1. Choose a suitable location near a power outlet.
  2. Use the provided screws and wall plugs (if applicable) to securely fasten the charging base to the wall.
  3. Ensure the base is firmly attached before placing the vacuum cleaner on it.

Operating Instructions

Turning On/Off

  • To turn on the vacuum cleaner, press the power button located on the handle.
  • To turn off the vacuum cleaner, press the power button again.

Using the Integrated Accessories

Your Hoover CliK comes with integrated crevice tool and dusting brush for versatile cleaning.

  • Crevice Tool: Slide the crevice tool forward from the nozzle to extend it. This is ideal for cleaning narrow gaps, corners, and hard-to-reach areas.
  • Dusting Brush: Flip the dusting brush down over the crevice tool or nozzle. Use it for cleaning delicate surfaces, upholstery, or keyboards.

General Use Tips

  • Ensure the dust container is empty and the filter is clean for optimal suction power.
  • Do not overfill the dust container. Empty it regularly.
  • Avoid picking up large, sharp, or wet objects to prevent damage to the vacuum cleaner.

Emptying the Dust Container

The Hoover CliK features an "Advanced Dust Control" system for easy emptying.

  1. Ensure the vacuum cleaner is turned off.
  2. Hold the vacuum cleaner over a waste bin.
  3. Press the release button (often near the dust container) to open the container flap. The dust and debris will fall out.
  4. Close the flap securely until it clicks into place.

Cleaning the Washable Microfilter

The microfilter should be cleaned regularly to maintain suction power and air quality.

  1. Turn off the vacuum cleaner and empty the dust container as described above.
  2. Carefully remove the microfilter from the dust container. It usually twists or pulls out.
  3. Tap the filter gently over a waste bin to remove loose dust.

  5. Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it into the dust container. Do not use the vacuum cleaner with a wet filter.
  6. Reinsert the dry filter into the dust container and close the container securely.

Cleaning the Exterior

Wipe the exterior of the vacuum cleaner with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
