2. Strap Adjustment
The adjustable black resin strap is designed to fit wrist circumferences up to 8 inches. Adjust the buckle to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. Avoid overtightening, which can restrict circulation, or leaving it too loose, which may affect sensor accuracy (if applicable) or cause the watch to move excessively.
3. Battery Information
Your watch comes with one Lithium Metal battery pre-installed. Battery life varies based on usage. When the display dims or functions become erratic, it may be time for a battery replacement. Refer to the Maintenance section for more details.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning Your Watch
Regularly clean your watch with a soft, damp cloth. For resin straps, mild soap and water can be used. Ensure the watch is completely dry before storage or prolonged use. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
2. Battery Replacement
When the battery needs replacement, it is recommended to have it done by a qualified watch technician or an authorized Timex service center. This ensures proper sealing and maintains the watch's water resistance. Attempting to replace the battery yourself may void the warranty and compromise water resistance.

3. Strap Care
The resin strap is durable but can show wear over time. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and harsh chemicals to extend its lifespan. Replacement straps can be purchased from authorized retailers or directly from Timex.
