Safety Information

Always follow basic safety precautions when using this appliance to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury.

Setup and Installation

Unpacking

Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the unit for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to the carrier.

Placement

Place the refrigerator on a level, sturdy surface capable of supporting its weight (790 lbs). Ensure adequate air circulation around the unit, especially at the top where the refrigeration system is located.

Leveling

The unit comes with 6-inch casters. Use a level to ensure the refrigerator is perfectly level. Adjust the casters as needed to prevent door misalignment and ensure proper sealing.

Electrical Connection

Connect the unit to a dedicated 115V, 60Hz, 1-phase grounded electrical outlet. Do not use adapters or extension cords. Consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about the electrical requirements.

Shelf Installation

Operating Instructions

Initial Startup

After connecting power, allow the unit to run for at least 2-4 hours empty to reach the desired operating temperature before loading products.

Temperature Control

The microprocessor control with LED readout allows for precise temperature adjustments. Refer to the on-unit display for current temperature. Adjust settings according to your specific product storage requirements.

Loading Products

Distribute products evenly on shelves. Do not block the airflow vents inside the cabinet, as this can impair cooling efficiency. Avoid overloading shelves beyond their rated capacity.

Door Operation

Ensure doors close completely after each use to maintain internal temperature and energy efficiency. The unit features Left/Right/Right door hinges for convenient access.

Maintenance

Daily Cleaning

Wipe down interior and exterior surfaces with a mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

Condenser Coil Cleaning (Monthly)

The condenser coil, located at the top of the unit, should be cleaned monthly to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Disconnect power before cleaning. Use a stiff brush or vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris from the fins.

Gasket Inspection (Quarterly)

Inspect door gaskets for cracks, tears, or stiffness. Damaged gaskets can lead to air leaks and increased energy consumption. Replace worn gaskets promptly.

Drain Pan Cleaning (As Needed)

Check the condensate drain pan for blockages or excessive water. Clean as necessary to prevent overflow and potential water damage.
