Operating Instructions

1. Hot Dog Preparation

1. Fill Water: Use the measuring cup to add the appropriate amount of water to the non-stick water bowl for steaming sausages. Refer to the measuring cup markings for guidance.
2. Add Sausages: Place up to 14 sausages into the transparent steam container.
3. Warm Buns: Place hot dog buns onto the heated stainless steel spike.
4. Activate: Plug in the appliance. Press the left blue-illuminated switch to activate the spike for bun warming and the right blue-illuminated switch to activate the steam function for sausages.
5. Cook: Allow sausages to steam until heated through, typically 5-8 minutes depending on sausage type and desired temperature. Buns will warm simultaneously.
6. Serve: Carefully remove hot dogs and buns. Unplug the appliance after use.

2. Egg Preparation

1. Pierce Eggs: Use the egg piercer on the measuring cup to gently pierce the large end of each egg. This helps prevent cracking during cooking.
2. Fill Water: Add the appropriate amount of water to the non-stick water bowl using the measuring cup. The amount of water determines the egg's doneness (soft, medium, hard-boiled).
3. Place Eggs: Place up to 6 pierced eggs into the egg holder within the transparent steam container.
4. Activate: Plug in the appliance. Press the right blue-illuminated switch to activate the steam function for eggs. The left switch for the spike can remain off if not warming buns.
5. Cook: Allow eggs to steam for the desired time. Refer to a standard egg cooking chart for steam cooking times based on desired doneness.
6. Cool & Serve: Once cooked, carefully remove eggs and cool them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Unplug the appliance after use.

3. Simultaneous Operation (Hot Dogs & Eggs)

Cleaning and Maintenance
