Cleaning the Vitro Ceramic Glass Surface
- Allow the cooktop to cool completely before cleaning.

- For stubborn stains or burned-on food, use a ceramic cooktop cleaner and a non-abrasive cleaning pad. Follow the cleaner manufacturer's instructions.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch or damage the glass surface.
- Promptly clean up spills, especially sugary substances, to prevent permanent damage to the surface.
6. Troubleshooting
Before contacting customer service, review the following common issues and their potential solutions.
Common Issues and Solutions
- Cooktop does not turn on: Check if the cooktop is properly connected to power. Verify the circuit breaker has not tripped. Ensure the child lock is not activated.
- Cooking zone not heating: Confirm that induction-compatible cookware is placed correctly on the zone. The pan size sensor will prevent heating if no suitable pan is detected.
- 'H' indicator remains on: This indicates the surface is still hot. It will turn off once the surface has cooled to a safe temperature.
- Unusual noises during operation: A low hum or buzzing sound is normal with induction cooktops, especially at higher power settings, due to the magnetic field. This is not a defect.
- Error codes displayed: Refer to the detailed troubleshooting section in the full product manual for specific error code interpretations and solutions.
If problems persist after attempting these solutions, contact customer support.
