Propane Tank Installation:

  1. Ensure the heater is turned off and cool.
  2. Open the easy access door at the base of the heater.
  3. Carefully place the 1lb propane tank (or 20lb tank with adapter hose) into the compartment.
  4. Connect the tilting regulator to the propane tank valve. Tighten securely by hand.
  5. Close the access door.

Operating Instructions

Igniting the Heater:

  1. Ensure the propane tank valve is fully open.
  2. Locate the control knob and igniter button on the heater's body.
  3. Push and turn the control knob to the "PILOT" position. Hold it in for 30-60 seconds to allow gas to flow.
  4. While still holding the control knob in, press the igniter button repeatedly until the pilot flame lights. You may need to press it several times.
  5. Once the pilot is lit, continue to hold the control knob in for another 10-15 seconds to ensure the thermocouple is heated and holds the pilot.
  6. Release the control knob. The pilot should remain lit.
  7. Turn the control knob to the desired heat setting (LOW to HIGH). The main burner will ignite.

Adjusting Heat Output:

  • Rotate the control knob between the "LOW" and "HIGH" settings to adjust the heat output as desired.

Shutting Down the Heater:

  • Turn the control knob to the "OFF" position.
  • Close the valve on the propane tank when the heater is not in use.

Maintenance
