- Mark the pilot hole locations through the template onto the wall.
- Drill pilot holes using a 1/4 inch (6mm) drill bit to a depth of 3.5 inches (90mm).
- Attach the wall plate to the wall using the provided lag screws and washers. Tighten securely with a wrench or socket.
4.3. Concrete/Brick Installation
- Mark the desired mounting height on the concrete or brick wall.
- Position the wall plate template (if provided, or the mount itself) against the wall. Use the integrated bubble level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal.
- Mark the pilot hole locations through the template onto the wall.
- Drill pilot holes using a 1/2 inch (12mm) masonry drill bit to a depth of 3.7 inches (95mm).
- Insert the provided concrete anchors into the drilled holes. Tap gently with a hammer if necessary until flush with the wall surface.
- Attach the wall plate to the wall using the provided lag screws and washers. Tighten securely.

6. Cable Management
The mount features an open wall plate design and integrated cable management clips to help organize and conceal cables for a neat appearance. Route your cables through the designated areas on the articulating arms and secure them with cable ties (not included) if desired.
7. Level Adjustment
The integrated bubble level assists with initial installation. If minor adjustments are needed after mounting, slightly loosen the bolts on the VESA brackets, adjust the TV to the desired level, and then re-tighten the bolts securely.
8. Maintenance
- Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure.
- Clean the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
9. Troubleshooting
- TV is not level: Ensure the wall plate is level. If the TV is slightly off-level, loosen the VESA bracket bolts, adjust, and re-tighten.
- Mount feels loose: Check all lag screws securing the wall plate to the wall and all bolts connecting the VESA brackets to the TV. Tighten any loose connections.
- Difficulty moving the arm: Ensure no cables are snagged. If movement is stiff, check for any overtightened bolts on the articulating joints and loosen slightly if necessary.
