Maintenance

To maintain the adhesive quality and appearance of your Post-it flags, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep them in their original dispenser to prevent dust and debris from accumulating on the adhesive surface.

Troubleshooting

Flags not sticking well:

  • Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. Dust, oils, or moisture can reduce adhesive effectiveness.
  • Avoid touching the adhesive side of the flag with your fingers, as natural oils can degrade the stickiness.
  • If flags have been stored in extreme conditions (very hot or cold), allow them to return to room temperature before use.

Flags tearing paper upon removal:

  • While designed for clean removal, very delicate or aged paper might be susceptible to tearing. Exercise caution when removing flags from such surfaces.
  • Peel the flag slowly and at a low angle (close to the surface) to minimize stress on the paper.
