Setup and Installation

Installation of the Kanto FMX3C mount requires careful attention to detail. It is highly recommended that two people perform the installation due to the weight and size of the mount and television.

1. Prepare the Wall:

   Locate the wood studs in your wall using a stud finder. Mark the center of the studs. For concrete walls, ensure the wall is solid and use appropriate concrete anchors (included in the hardware kit).

   Use the provided paper wall template to accurately mark the pilot holes for drilling. The template also features a fold-out area to catch dust during drilling.

2. Mount the Wall Plate:

   Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. Secure the wall plate of the mount to the wall using the provided lag bolts. Ensure the mount is level before tightening all bolts. The wall plate accommodates up to 24-inch stud spacing.

3. Attach TV Brackets to Television:

   Identify the correct VESA mounting pattern on your television. The FMX3C supports VESA sizes from 200x100 to 700x500. Attach the vertical TV brackets to the back of your television using the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit. Ensure the brackets are securely fastened and evenly spaced.

4. Hang Television on Mount:

   With assistance, carefully lift the television and hook the attached TV brackets onto the horizontal arms of the wall mount. Ensure the TV is centered and securely seated on the mount.

5. Secure Television:
