Setup Instructions

Unpacking and Placement

  • Carefully remove all packaging materials from the range. Inspect for any shipping damage.
  • Ensure the installation area is level and can support the weight of the unit (approximately 860 lbs).
  • Position the range, ensuring adequate clearance from combustible surfaces as per local codes. The unit includes 6-inch stainless steel adjustable legs for leveling.

Gas Connection

  • All gas connections must be performed by a qualified and licensed technician.
  • Connect the range to the appropriate gas supply (LP Gas or Natural Gas) as specified on the unit's data plate.
  • Ensure all connections are leak-tested using a non-corrosive leak detection solution.

Initial Burn-Off

  • Before first use, operate all burners, the griddle, and ovens at their maximum settings for approximately 15-30 minutes.
  • This process helps to burn off any manufacturing oils or residues and should be done in a well-ventilated area.

Operating Instructions

Burner Operation

  • Ensure the gas supply is open.
  • Push in and turn the burner knob to the 'PILOT' position to ignite the pilot light (if applicable).
  • Once the pilot is lit, turn the knob to the desired flame setting (LOW to HIGH).
  • The range features removable 12"Wx12"D cast iron grates with non-clog burners.

Griddle Operation

  • The 24-inch raised griddle/broiler has manual controls.
  • Turn the griddle control knob to the desired temperature. Allow sufficient time for the 1/2" thick, smooth-polished steel surface to heat evenly.
  • Regularly empty the removable grease pan located beneath the griddle.

Oven Operation

  • Open the oven door and ensure the rack is in the desired position using the two position non-removable rack guides.
  • Turn the oven thermostat knob to the desired temperature between +175°F and +550°F.
  • Allow the oven to preheat fully before placing food inside. The full porcelain enameled interior facilitates even heating.

Maintenance and Cleaning
