Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble and prepare your pressure washer for use.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and ensure all listed components are present.
- Handle Assembly: Attach the handle to the main unit. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Connect High-Pressure Hose: Connect the 19-foot high-pressure hose to the outlet on the pressure washer unit and to the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
- Connect Garden Hose: Attach your garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer. It is crucial to ensure a tight, leak-free connection. If leaks occur, check the washer or consider using plumber's tape on the threads.
- Attach Nozzle/Accessory: Select the desired nozzle (variable spray, turbo lance, or rotary brush) and attach it to the spray gun wand.
- Electrical Connection: Plug the GFCI manual reset cord into a grounded 120-Volt outlet. Press the "RESET" button on the GFCI plug if necessary.

Operating Instructions
- Water Supply: Turn on the water supply to the garden hose completely.
- Purge Air: Before turning on the power, squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to allow water to flow through the system and purge all air. Continue until a steady stream of water emerges from the nozzle. This step is critical to prevent damage to the pump.
- Start Unit: Turn the pressure washer's ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. The motor will start.
- Begin Cleaning: Squeeze the spray gun trigger to start the high-pressure spray. The auto shut-off feature will stop the motor when the trigger is released and restart it when squeezed again.
- Adjust Spray: Use the variable narrow to wide spray nozzle to adjust the spray pattern as needed for different cleaning tasks. The turbo lance provides an oscillating jet for tough dirt, and the rotary brush is ideal for scrubbing surfaces.
- Detergent Application: To use detergent, fill the built-in detergent tank with pressure washer-safe cleaning solution. The pressure washer will automatically draw detergent when operating at low pressure (typically with a specific detergent nozzle or setting, refer to the physical manual for exact instructions).
- Shut Down: When finished, turn the pressure washer's ON/OFF switch to "OFF". Turn off the water supply. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to release any remaining pressure in the system. Disconnect the garden hose and high-pressure hose.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your pressure washer.
- Cleaning Nozzles: Periodically clean the nozzles to remove any blockages that may affect spray pattern or pressure.
- Hose Inspection: Regularly inspect the high-pressure hose and garden hose connections for wear, kinks, or leaks. Replace damaged hoses immediately.
- Water Inlet Filter: Check and clean the water inlet filter to prevent debris from entering the pump.
- Storage: Before storing, ensure all water is drained from the pump and hoses, especially in freezing temperatures, to prevent damage. Store the unit in a dry, protected area.
