Component Identification
Familiarize yourself with the watch's buttons and display areas:
- MODE Button (Lower Left): Used to cycle through different modes (Time, Chronograph, Alarm, Dual Time).

Setup
Initial Time and Date Setting
- In Timekeeping Mode, press and hold the RESET button until the seconds begin to flash. This indicates setting mode.
- Press the MODE button to cycle through the settings: Seconds → Hours → Minutes → Year → Month → Day.
- Use the ST/STP button to adjust the flashing value. Hold to rapidly advance.
- Once all settings are correct, press the RESET button to exit setting mode.
Battery Information
The watch comes with one LR44 battery pre-installed. When the display dims or functions become erratic, it may be time to replace the battery. Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance is maintained.
Operating Instructions
Mode Selection
Press the MODE button to cycle through the following functions:
- Timekeeping Mode: Displays current time, day, and date.
- Chronograph Mode: For measuring elapsed time.
- Alarm Mode: To set and activate daily alarms.
- Dual Time Mode: To display a second time zone.
Using the Chronograph
- From Timekeeping Mode, press MODE until "CHRONO" or "STOPWATCH" appears.
- Press ST/STP to start the chronograph.
- Press ST/STP again to stop the chronograph.
- Press RESET to reset the chronograph to zero.
- To record lap times, press RESET while the chronograph is running. The lap time will display briefly, and the chronograph will continue running in the background. Press ST/STP to stop, then RESET to clear.
Setting the Alarm
- From Timekeeping Mode, press MODE until "ALARM" appears.
- Press RESET to select the hour or minute setting.
- Use ST/STP to adjust the flashing value.
- Press RESET to confirm and move to the next setting.
- To activate/deactivate the alarm, press ST/STP while in Alarm Mode (not in setting mode). An alarm icon will appear/disappear on the display.
Dual Time Function
- From Timekeeping Mode, press MODE until "DUAL TIME" appears.
- Press and hold RESET until the hours begin to flash.
- Use ST/STP to adjust the hours and MODE to switch between hours and minutes.
- Press RESET to exit setting mode.
Military Time (24-Hour Format)
To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour (military) time format, press the ST/STP button while in Timekeeping Mode. The display will toggle between "AM/PM" indicator and 24-hour format.
Using the Backlight (EL)
Press the EL button (lower right) to illuminate the display for a few seconds. This feature is useful in low-light conditions.
Water Resistance
This watch is water-resistant to 330 feet (100 meters). This rating means it is suitable for showering, swimming, and snorkeling. It is not recommended for scuba diving. Avoid operating buttons while the watch is submerged to prevent water ingress.

Cleaning Your Watch
Wipe the watch case and strap regularly with a soft, damp cloth. For resin straps, mild soap and water can be used. Ensure the watch is completely dry before storing. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the watch's finish or seals.
Battery Replacement
When the battery needs replacement, it is recommended to take the watch to an authorized service center or a professional watch repair shop. This ensures the correct battery type (LR44) is used and the water resistance seal is properly re-seated, preventing damage from moisture.
Storage
Store your watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for an extended period, consider removing the battery to prevent leakage, although this is less common with modern batteries.
