• Fast Charge: Once connected and powered, the charger will typically begin in fast charge mode. The FAST LED will illuminate. The charger monitors the battery voltage and temperature to detect the peak voltage, indicating a full charge.
• Trickle Charge: After the fast charge is complete (Delta Peak detected), the charger automatically switches to trickle charge mode. The TRICKLE LED will illuminate. This mode provides a low current to maintain the battery's full charge without overcharging, compensating for self-discharge.
• Discharge: The charger also features a discharge function. To discharge a battery, connect it and select the discharge mode (if applicable, based on the dial/button). The DISCHARGE LED will illuminate. This is useful for conditioning NiCd batteries to prevent memory effect.

Current Selection:

Use the current selector dial on the charger to choose the appropriate charging current for your battery pack:

• 1000mA: Suitable for smaller capacity battery packs or for a slower, gentler charge.
• 2000mA: Suitable for larger capacity battery packs, providing a faster charge.

Always refer to your battery pack's specifications for recommended charging currents.
