Using the Mini Cycle

Lower Body Workout: Place the mini cycle on the floor in front of a chair. Sit comfortably and place your feet on the pedals. Begin pedaling to engage your leg muscles. Ensure the device is stable and does not slide.

Adjusting Resistance
