4. Setup

1. Positioning the Webcam:

   • For monitors/laptops: Open the clip and place the webcam on top of your screen, ensuring the front of the webcam is flush with the screen's surface. Adjust the clip to secure it firmly.
   • For flat surfaces: Fold the clip to create a stable stand and place the webcam on your desk or shelf.

2. Connecting to your Computer:

   Plug the USB cable from the webcam into an available USB 2.0 port on your computer. The webcam is UVC (USB Video Class) compliant, meaning it is plug-and-play and typically does not require additional drivers for basic functionality on Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP. For optimal performance and advanced features, you may install the software from the included CD or download the latest drivers from the Logitech support website.
