5. Setup (Installation)

1. Prepare the Installation Area: Ensure the sink hole is clean and clear. Turn off the main water supply.
2. Mount the Faucet: Insert the faucet body into the sink hole. Secure it from underneath the counter using the provided mounting hardware (screws and washer).
3. Connect Water Lines: Attach the flexible 3/8-inch hoses to the hot and cold water supply lines. Ensure connections are tight to prevent leaks.
4. Connect Sprayer Hose: Connect the pull-down sprayer hose to the designated connection point under the sink.
5. Test for Leaks: Slowly turn on the main water supply and check all connections for leaks.
6. Flush the System: Run water through the faucet for a few minutes to flush out any debris from the new installation.

6. Operating Instructions

The hansgrohe Talis S² Kitchen Faucet is designed for ease of use with a single lever handle and a versatile pull-down sprayer.

6.1. Water Flow and Temperature Control:

• The single lever handle controls both water flow and temperature.
• Move the handle up to increase water flow and down to decrease it.
• Move the handle to the left for hot water and to the right for cold water.

6.2. Using the Pull-Down Sprayer:

• Gently pull the spray head down from the spout to extend the hose.
• The MagFit magnetic holder ensures the spray head docks securely back into place after use.

6.3. Switching Spray Modes:

• The spray head features a button to switch between two spray types:

7. Maintenance

7.1. General Cleaning:

• Clean the faucet regularly with a mild soap and water solution.

• The faucet spout features QuickClean silicone inserts.

For commercial purchasers, the warranty period is (a) one (1) year for hansgrohe products from the date of purchase. The warranty period for products in the Rubbed Bronze, Matte Black, Matte White finishes is three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable. Because hansgrohe, Inc. is unable to control the quality of hansgrohe products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, this warranty does not cover hansgrohe products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
