Operating Instructions

Prepare your fruits and vegetables by washing them thoroughly. Most fruits and vegetables do not need to be peeled, but larger items should be cut into smaller pieces to fit the feed chute.

  1. Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and the juice cup is in place.
  2. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
  3. Turn the juicer ON using the power switch located on the motor base.
  4. Gradually feed the prepared fruits and vegetables into the feed chute. Use the fruit and vegetable pusher to gently guide the produce down. Do not force the produce, as this can strain the motor.
  5. Fresh juice will flow into the juice cup, and pulp will collect in the pulp container.
  6. When finished juicing, turn the power switch to the OFF position and unplug the appliance.

  2. Disengage the safety locking arms and carefully remove the clear cover, pulp container, and stainless steel cutter/strainer.
  3. Empty the pulp from the pulp container into a waste bin.
  4. Rinse all removable parts under running water to remove any remaining pulp or juice residue.
  5. For thorough cleaning, place the removable parts on the top rack of your dishwasher. Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive brush. Pay special attention to the stainless steel cutter/strainer to ensure all fibers are removed.

Troubleshooting

If your juicer is not operating as expected, please consult the following common issues and solutions:

  • Juicer does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Verify that the safety locking arms are fully engaged and clicked into place. The juicer has a safety interlock system that prevents operation if not correctly assembled.
  • Motor stops during operation: This may indicate an overload. Turn the juicer OFF, unplug it, and remove any excess produce from the feed chute or cutter/strainer. Allow the motor to cool for a few minutes before restarting. Ensure you are not forcing produce into the chute.
  • Poor juice yield or excessive pulp in juice: Ensure the fruits and vegetables are fresh and firm. Overripe or soft produce may yield less juice. Clean the cutter/strainer thoroughly, as clogged mesh can reduce efficiency.
  • Vibrations or loud noise: Check that all parts are correctly assembled and securely locked. A loose component can cause excessive vibration. If the issue persists, discontinue use and contact customer support.
