3. Setup and First Use
3.1 Unpacking and Initial Cleaning
- Remove all packaging materials and stickers from the appliance.
- Clean the glass carafe, filter holder, and removable water tank with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the exterior of the coffee machine with a damp cloth.
3.2 Preparing for First Brew
- Place the coffee machine on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
- Fill the removable water tank with fresh, cold water up to the desired cup mark.
- Insert a paper filter (size #6) into the filter holder.
- Add approximately 6-8 grams of ground coffee per cup (e.g., 60-80g for 10 cups) into the filter. Adjust to personal preference.
- Close the filter holder securely.
- Place the empty glass carafe onto the heating plate.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Brewing Coffee
- Ensure the water tank is filled, coffee grounds are in the filter, and the carafe is on the heating plate.
- Press the Start button. The indicator light will illuminate, and the brewing process will begin.
- The machine's Dual Heating System ensures optimal brewing temperature, while Aroma Volume Automatic adjusts brewing time for best flavor.
- Once brewing is complete, the machine will automatically switch to keep-warm mode. The heating plate will keep the coffee warm.
- The Auto Off function will automatically switch off the machine after a set period (e.g., 2 hours) for safety and energy saving.
4.2 Timer Function (Prog, H, Min)
To program the machine to start brewing at a specific time:
- Prepare the machine for brewing as described in Section 3.2.
- Press the Prog button. The display will flash.
- Use the H (Hour) and Min (Minute) buttons to set the desired start time.
- Press Prog again to confirm the setting. The timer indicator will light up.
- The machine will start brewing automatically at the programmed time.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance ensure optimal performance and longevity of your coffee machine.
5.1 Daily Cleaning
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove the filter holder and discard the used coffee filter and grounds.
- Wash the glass carafe, filter holder, and water tank in warm soapy water. These parts are often dishwasher-safe (check product markings for confirmation).
- Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
5.2 Descaling (Calc Function)
Mineral deposits from water can build up over time, affecting performance and coffee taste. Descale your machine regularly, depending on water hardness and frequency of use.
- Fill the water tank with a descaling solution according to the descaler manufacturer's instructions.
- Place the empty carafe on the heating plate.
- Press the Calc button. The descaling process will begin.
- After the descaling cycle, run two full cycles with fresh, clean water to rinse the machine thoroughly.
- Refer to the descaler product instructions for specific usage and safety precautions.
6. Troubleshooting
