Setup

Initial Cleaning:

Operating Instructions
Preparing for Slicing
Adjusting Slice Thickness:

Loading Food:
Place the food item (e.g., bread, roasts, firm cheeses) onto the food carriage. Use the food pusher to secure the item against the guide plate and the blade. Ensure your fingers are always protected by the food pusher.
Slicing Procedure
Power On:
Turn on the slicer using the power switch. The 130W motor will begin to operate the blade.
Slicing:
Gently push the food carriage back and forth, guiding the food item into the rotating blade. Apply even pressure with the food pusher.
Collecting Slices:
Sliced food will fall onto the receiving tray or surface beneath the blade.
Power Off:
Once slicing is complete, turn off the slicer and unplug it from the power outlet before attempting to remove any remaining food or clean the unit.
Maintenance and Cleaning
