2. Setup and Charging
2.1 Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge the shaver. Connect the power cord to the charging stand and place the shaver in the stand. The battery indicator lights will show the charging progress. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Dry Shaving
For a dry shave, ensure your face is clean and dry. Move the shaver in small, circular motions over your skin. Apply light pressure; the Gyroflex 2D system will adapt to your facial contours. Avoid excessive pressure to prevent irritation.
3.2 Wet Shaving
For a wet shave, moisten your face and apply shaving gel or foam. Move the shaver in small, circular motions. The Aquatec seal ensures safe use with water. Rinse the shaver head under running water periodically during your shave to remove foam and hair residue, ensuring a smooth glide.

3.3 Using the Precision Trimmer
The shaver includes a click-on precision trimmer head. To use, remove the shaving head by pulling it off, then align and click the precision trimmer head into place. Use the trimmer for precise styling of sideburns and mustaches.

4. Maintenance and Cleaning
4.1 Daily Cleaning
After each use, rinse the shaving unit under warm running water. You can also open the shaving unit to rinse the inside thoroughly.
4.2 Thorough Cleaning
For a more thorough cleaning, detach the shaving head. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any trapped hair. You can also rinse the individual cutter and guard components under running water. Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembling.

4.3 Replacing Shaving Heads
For best results and continued performance, replace the shaving head every 12 months with the RQ11/52 replacement head. Indicators on the shaver may alert you when replacement is due.
