  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the compressor and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
  2. Attach Wheels and Feet: Securely attach the wheels to the axle and the rubber feet to the designated points on the tank. Ensure all fasteners are tightened.
  3. Check Oil Level (if applicable): This model is typically oil-lubricated. Refer to the oil sight glass or dipstick. If low, fill with appropriate compressor oil to the recommended level.

  5. Positioning: Place the compressor on a firm, level surface in a well-ventilated area, away from walls or obstructions to allow for proper airflow.

4. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your air compressor.

  1. Initial Start-up: With the power cord connected and the air filter installed, turn the power switch to the 'ON' position. The compressor will start to fill the tank.
  2. Pressure Build-up: Allow the compressor to run until it reaches its maximum pressure (8 bars) and automatically shuts off. This indicates the tank is full.
  3. Connect Air Hose and Tool: Attach your air hose to the quick-connect coupler. Then, connect your desired pneumatic tool or inflation accessory to the other end of the hose.
  4. Adjust Output Pressure: Use the pressure regulator knob to set the desired working pressure for your application. The pressure gauge will display the regulated output pressure.
  5. Begin Operation: Once the pressure is set, you can begin using your air tool or inflating. The compressor will cycle on and off automatically to maintain tank pressure.
  6. Shut Down: When finished, turn the power switch to the 'OFF' position. Disconnect the air tool and hose.
  7. Drain Tank: Always drain the moisture from the air tank after each use by opening the drain valve located at the bottom of the tank. This prevents rust and extends tank life.
