The MK320 uses a single USB receiver for both the keyboard and mouse.

  1. Locate the small USB receiver (dongle) typically stored inside the mouse's battery compartment or packaged separately.
  2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
  3. Your operating system should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. This process may take a few moments.

Refer to section 2.1 for battery installation steps.

4.2. Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance and hygiene:

  • Turn off the keyboard and mouse before cleaning.

  • Avoid excessive moisture and never immerse the devices in liquid.
  • For keyboard keys, use compressed air to remove debris.

5. Troubleshooting

  • No response from keyboard or mouse:
    • Ensure batteries are correctly installed and not depleted. Replace if necessary.
    • Verify the On/Off switch on both devices is in the "On" position.
    • Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer. Try a different USB port.
    • Restart your computer.
  • Intermittent connection or lag:
    • Move the keyboard and mouse closer to the USB receiver.
    • Avoid placing the receiver near other electrical devices that may cause interference (e.g., speakers, monitors, other wireless devices).
    • Ensure there are no large metal objects between the devices and the receiver.
  • Keys not typing correctly or sticking:
    • Clean around and under the affected keys using compressed air.
    • Ensure the keyboard is not immersed in liquid, as this can cause permanent damage.
  • Mouse cursor erratic or not moving:
    • Clean the optical sensor on the underside of the mouse.
