- Multimedia and Shortcut Keys: The keyboard includes dedicated keys for media control (play/pause, volume up/down, mute), web browsing, and calculator access. These are located above the function keys and on the right side of the keyboard.

- Restart your computer.
- Intermittent connection or lag:
- Move the keyboard and mouse closer to the USB receiver.
- Avoid placing the receiver near other electrical devices that may cause interference (e.g., speakers, monitors, other wireless devices).
- Ensure there are no large metal objects between the devices and the receiver.
- Keys not typing correctly or sticking:
- Clean around and under the affected keys using compressed air.
