Setup

The Weber Summit E-670 grill arrives largely pre-assembled, minimizing the setup time. Final assembly typically involves only a few minutes, not hours. Ensure all components are securely fastened before connecting the gas supply.

For liquid propane models, connect a 20-pound LP tank (sold separately) to the grill's gas line. For natural gas models, a 10-foot flexible hose for natural-gas installation is included. Always check for gas leaks after connecting the tank or gas line.

The grill is equipped with two heavy-duty front-locking casters and two heavy-duty back swivel casters, allowing for easy maneuverability on your deck or patio. Lock the front casters to secure the grill in place during use.

Operating Instructions

Ignition and Temperature Control

To ignite the main burners, ensure the gas supply is open. Push and turn a control knob to the HIGH position, then press the Snap-Jet individual burner ignition button. Once ignited, adjust the flame intensity using the control knobs to achieve your desired cooking temperature. The built-in thermometer on the porcelain-enameled shroud accurately reads the internal temperature of the grill.
