5. Setup and Assembly

5.1 Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.

5.2 Bulb Installation (if not pre-installed)

Your work light comes with two 300-Watt halogen bulbs pre-installed and one spare bulb in a storage tube. If a bulb needs replacement or initial installation:

  1. Ensure the unit is unplugged and cool to the touch.
  2. Unlatch and open the hinged face frame.
  3. Carefully remove the old bulb by gently pulling it straight out from its ceramic sockets. Avoid touching the new halogen bulb with bare hands, as oils can cause premature failure. Use a clean cloth or gloves.
  4. Insert the new 300-Watt T3 halogen bulb by aligning its pins with the sockets and pushing it gently until seated.
  5. Close and latch the face frame securely.

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Place the work light on a stable, non-flammable surface.
  2. Adjust the angle of the light head by loosening the side knobs, tilting the head to the desired position, and then tightening the knobs securely.
  3. Plug the 5-foot 18/3 grounded power cord into a standard 120V AC grounded outlet.
  4. Flip the weatherproof On/Off switch to the "ON" position to illuminate the light.
  5. To turn off, flip the switch to the "OFF" position.
  6. Always unplug the unit when not in use or before moving it.
