  • Mouse Not Responding:
Ensure the mouse is powered on. Check that the Nano-dongle is securely plugged into a functional USB port. Replace the battery if necessary.
  • Scroll Ball Unresponsive or Inconsistent:
Gently rotate the scroll ball in all directions to dislodge any potential debris, although it is designed to be maintenance-free. If the issue persists, ensure the mouse drivers are up to date.
  • Cursor Sensitivity Issues:
Adjust the mouse pointer speed settings within your computer's operating system control panel (e.g., Mouse Properties in Windows, Mouse settings in Mac OS X).
  • Battery Compartment Cover Not Staying Closed:
Ensure the battery is correctly seated and not obstructing the cover. Verify that the cover's latches are intact and align properly with the compartment.
  • Wireless Connection Issues:
Try plugging the Nano-dongle into a different USB port. Ensure there are no significant obstructions or sources of interference (e.g., other wireless devices) between the mouse and the dongle.
