Setup
Connecting to a Television
The GPX D200B offers multiple ways to connect to your television. Choose the connection type that best suits your TV's available inputs.
Component Video (Y, Pb, Pr) Connection for Progressive Scan:
- Connect the green (Y), blue (Pb), and red (Pr) component video cables from the DVD player's "PROGRESSIVE SCAN OUTPUT" jacks to the corresponding "COMPONENT VIDEO INPUT" jacks on your TV.
- Connect the red (R) and white (L) audio cables from the DVD player's "AUDIO OUT" jacks to the "AUDIO INPUT" jacks on your TV or audio receiver.
- Select the correct component video input on your TV.
Composite Video Connection:
- Connect the yellow (VIDEO) cable from the DVD player's "VIDEO OUT" jack to the "VIDEO INPUT" jack on your TV.
- Connect the red (R) and white (L) audio cables from the DVD player's "AUDIO OUT" jacks to the "AUDIO INPUT" jacks on your TV or audio receiver.
- Select the correct composite video input on your TV.
Note: This DVD player does not have an HDMI output.
Power Connection
The GPX D200B has a built-in AC power cord. Simply plug the power cord into a standard AC wall outlet (120V~60Hz).
Remote Control Battery Installation
Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control. Insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
Operating Instructions
Basic Disc Playback
- Ensure the DVD player is connected to your TV and powered on.
- Press the OPEN/CLOSE button on the front panel or remote control to open the disc tray.

- The player will automatically begin reading the disc. If it's a DVD, playback should start automatically. For CDs or JPEG discs, you may need to select tracks or files using the remote control.
- Use the PLAY/PAUSE, STOP, SKIP, and FAST FORWARD/REWIND buttons on the remote for playback control.
