  • Wrist strap
  • 4 AA batteries

The Polaroid PIC-300 requires four AA alkaline batteries. Ensure all batteries are of the same type and size for proper operation.

The PIC-300 features four scene settings to optimize your photos for different lighting conditions. Rotate the dial on the top of the camera to select the appropriate setting:

4. Photo Development

The ejected photo will develop in minutes. The Polaroid PoGo Zink Photo Paper uses ZINK Zero Ink Technology, where billions of tiny dye crystals embedded in the paper are activated by precise heat pulses from the camera's thermal print head. This process creates high-quality, full-color glossy prints without the need for ink cartridges.

Each photo print is dry-to-the-touch, water-resistant, and features an adhesive back, allowing you to stick them to various surfaces.

Maintenance

1. Film Care

Store film packs in a cool, dry place and keep them out of direct heat to preserve their quality. Do not remove film from its inner bag until immediately before loading it into the camera.

2. Cleaning the Camera

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the camera. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish or lens.

Troubleshooting

Camera Not Turning On

  • Ensure the lens barrel is fully pulled out to turn the camera on.
  • Check that the four AA batteries are correctly installed with the proper polarity.
  • Replace old or depleted batteries with new alkaline batteries of the same type and size.

Film Not Ejecting or Developing Properly

  • Verify that a new film pack has been correctly loaded into the camera, with the yellow marks aligned.
  • Ensure you are using genuine Polaroid instant color film.
  • If the black film cover did not eject upon loading, try opening and re-closing the film compartment door.
  • Allow sufficient time (a few minutes) for the photo to fully develop after ejection.
