Installation and Operation Video
Video: An overview of the Intermatic T100 series 24-hour mechanical time switches, highlighting features such as direct 24-hour control, support for loads up to 40A per pole, simple installation, and operation. It demonstrates how to set the time dial, adjust 'On' and 'Off' trippers, and use the manual override switch. The video also emphasizes the product's durability, with many devices still in operation after 50+ years.
Operation
Setting the Time
To set the current time, gently pull the dial outwards and rotate it until the current time aligns with the 'TIME SET' arrow. Ensure the dial is pushed back in after setting.
Setting On/Off Trippers
The time switch comes with one 'On' tripper and one 'Off' tripper. These trippers are small pins that are inserted into slots around the perimeter of the dial. Position the 'On' tripper at the desired time for the load to turn on, and the 'Off' tripper at the desired time for the load to turn off. Additional trippers can be purchased separately to allow for up to 12 'On/Off' operations per day.
Manual Override
The time switch features a manual override lever located below the dial. This lever allows you to manually switch the load 'On' or 'Off' without affecting the programmed schedule. Simply move the lever to the 'On' or 'Off' position as needed. The timer will resume its programmed schedule at the next scheduled 'On' or 'Off' event.
