Troubleshooting
If your food processor is not operating as expected, refer to the following common issues and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Appliance does not turn on. | Not properly assembled or plugged in. | Ensure the work bowl, lid, and food pusher are correctly locked into place. Check that the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. |
| Motor runs, but blades do not move. | Blade/disc not properly seated on the shaft. | Unplug the unit, then re-seat the blade or disc firmly onto the center shaft. |
| Food is unevenly processed. | Overfilling the bowl or inconsistent pulsing. | Process smaller batches. Use the pulse function for better control over consistency. Cut larger ingredients into smaller, uniform pieces before processing. |
| Loud noise or vibration. | Improper assembly or unstable surface. | Ensure all parts are securely locked. Place the food processor on a flat, stable surface. Reduce batch size if overfilled. |
