Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove the timer from its packaging.
- Set Current Time: Rotate the entire 24-hour dial clockwise until the current time aligns with the arrow indicator on the timer's face.
- Program ON/OFF Times:
- Each segment (pin) around the dial represents 30 minutes.
- To set a period for the appliance to be ON, push the corresponding segments downwards.
- To set a period for the appliance to be OFF, leave the corresponding segments in the upwards position.
- Connect Appliance: Plug the appliance you wish to control into the timer's socket.
- Plug into Wall Outlet: Insert the timer into a suitable wall outlet. Ensure the side switch is in the timer mode (usually indicated by a clock icon or a specific position).
Operating Instructions
- Timer Mode: Once plugged in and programmed, the timer will automatically turn the connected appliance ON and OFF according to the pushed-down segments. The dial will continuously rotate, advancing the time.
- Manual Override: Use the side switch to manually control the power to the connected appliance.
- Move the switch to the "ON" position (often indicated by 'I' or a continuous power symbol) to keep the appliance continuously powered, overriding the timer settings.
