3. Preparing Your Control Board for Shipment
3.1. Removing the Control Board
The removal of the control board is generally a simple process. Please follow these steps:
- Access the Board: Begin by removing the top lid of your washing machine or dryer. This typically involves unscrewing the fasteners located at the rear of the appliance's top panel.
- Front Panel Access: Once the top lid is removed, you will gain access to the screws that secure the front control panel. Carefully remove these screws.
- Document Connections: Before disconnecting any cables, take a clear photograph of all connected cables and their respective positions on the control board. This photo will serve as a crucial reference during reinstallation. Note that most connectors are coded and can only be inserted in the correct orientation, minimizing the risk of incorrect reassembly.
- Remove Front Panel: Proceed to remove the entire front control panel.
- Extract Control Board: The control board itself is usually secured by clips. Carefully unclip and remove the board.
Note: If you find it difficult to remove only the control board, you have the option to send the complete front control panel to us for repair.
3.2. Packaging the Control Board
Proper packaging is essential to prevent damage during shipping. If you are sending only the control board, please follow this critical step:
- Electrostatic Protection: Wrap the control board securely in aluminum foil. This helps to prevent damage from electrostatic discharge (ESD) during transit.
- Cushioning: Place the foil-wrapped board within a sturdy box, surrounded by adequate cushioning material (e.g., bubble wrap, packing peanuts) to prevent movement and absorb shocks.

4. Shipping Instructions
Once your control board is securely packaged, send the package to our designated repair facility. Please ensure the shipping address provided by the service provider is used accurately.
Upon arrival, your control board will be processed for repair on the same day it is received.
5. Repair and Return
Our technicians will diagnose and repair the faulty components on your control board. The repair process is typically completed within 24 hours of receiving your board.
After successful repair, the board will be carefully packaged for return shipment. It will be sent back to you via DHL, and the cost of return shipping is included in the service price.
You will receive an invoice for the service, which includes a breakdown of VAT (Value Added Tax).
6. Warranty and Support
We provide a one-year warranty on all replaced components during the repair service. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the parts that were exchanged.
