Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Assemble Blades: Insert the tenderizing blade assembly into the main housing. Ensure the combs (guide blades) are properly positioned to prevent meat from wrapping around the teeth.
- Attach Crank Handle: Securely attach the crank handle to the side of the main housing.
- Mount to Surface: Place the unit on a clean, stable, and flat countertop. Use the two included C-clamps to firmly secure the base of the tenderizer to the surface. Tighten the clamps until the unit is stable and does not move during operation.

Operating Instructions
- Prepare Meat: Ensure meat cuts are boneless and trimmed to fit the chute. The unit can process meat up to 4.5 inches wide and 0.75 inches thick. For optimal results, meat should not be cut too thin (less than 0.25 inches) or too thick (more than 0.625 inches).
- Position Meat: Place a piece of meat into the top chute.
- Engage Blades: While holding the crank handle, slowly turn it clockwise. Use the provided tongs or a suitable pusher to gently guide the meat into the rotating blades. Never use your hands or fingers.
- Tenderizing: For general tenderizing, pass the meat through the blades once.
- Cubed Steaks: To create cubed steaks, pass the meat through the blades once. Then, rotate the meat 90 degrees and pass it through the blades a second time. This cross-cutting action creates the characteristic cubed texture.
- Collect Processed Meat: Ensure a clean container is placed beneath the unit to collect the tenderized or cubed meat.

- Hand Wash Only: All components, especially the blade assembly, must be hand washed. Use warm, soapy water and a brush to thoroughly clean all meat residue from the blades and combs. Rinse thoroughly.
- Clean Housing: Wipe down the main housing and base with a damp cloth. Ensure no meat particles remain.
