Before First Use
Before using your slow cooker for the first time, follow these steps:
- Remove all packaging materials and labels.
- Wash the removable ceramic inner pot and glass lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Wipe the exterior of the heating base unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water.
- Ensure all parts are dry before plugging in the appliance.
Setup
- Place the heating base unit on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface, away from walls or cabinets.
- Insert the clean ceramic inner pot into the heating base unit.
- Add your ingredients to the ceramic inner pot. Do not fill more than 3/4 full to prevent boiling over.
- Place the glass lid securely on top of the ceramic inner pot.
Operating Instructions

- Plug In: Ensure the control knob is in the "OFF" position, then plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate when a setting is selected.
- Select Setting: Turn the control knob to your desired cooking setting:
- LOW: For slow, gentle cooking over a longer period (typically 6-8 hours).
- HIGH: For faster cooking (typically 3-4 hours).
- KEEP WARM: To maintain food at a serving temperature after cooking. Do not use this setting for cooking raw food.

Note: The exterior of the slow cooker will become hot during operation. Always use oven mitts or handles when moving or touching the unit.
Care and Cleaning
