Setup and Operating Instructions
Follow these steps to prepare and use your XIKAR Crystal Gel Humidifier Jar:
- Unscrew the Lid: Carefully remove the top lid from the humidifier jar.
- Fill with XIKAR PG Solution: Pour XIKAR Propylene Glycol Solution into the jar. Fill only up to the 'Full Line' indicated on the side of the jar. The crystals will expand significantly.

- Allow Crystals to Expand: After filling, replace the lid and wait approximately one hour for the crystals to fully absorb the solution and expand. If the level is not at the 'Full Line' after an hour, add a small amount more solution.
- Placement in Humidor: Once the crystals have expanded, remove the outer lid (if applicable) and place the humidifier jar inside your seasoned cigar humidor. Ensure it is positioned where it can effectively distribute humidity without obstructing cigars.
