Product Overview

The Steinbach Styriapool series steel wall pools are designed for robustness and durability, suitable for year-round use. This model, with dimensions of Ø 500 x 120 cm, features a sturdy galvanized and coated steel wall and a winter-resistant inner liner. It comes with pre-cut openings for skimmer and inlet nozzle, simplifying the setup process. The pool is designed for partial or full in-ground installation, requiring static protection when installed in the ground.

Important Safety Instructions

WARNING: When using a pool, it is essential to follow the safety guidelines described in the operating and maintenance instructions. To prevent drowning and other serious injuries, pay particular attention to the possibility of unexpected access to the pool by children under 5 years of age. Secure access to the pool and keep children under adult supervision during swimming hours.

Steel wall pools are not suitable for saltwater (risk of rust).

Setup and Installation

This pool type is exclusively designed for in-ground installation. For pools with a depth of 1.50 m, at least 60 cm must be installed below ground level. When installing in the ground, the pool wall must be statically protected against ground pressure.

Assembly Requirements:

• Assembly is simpler with at least three people.
• Approximate assembly time: 3 hours (without preparation work for the base or backfill).
• Ensure the ground is level and prepared according to manufacturer guidelines.
• The steel wall connection is made with a plug-in profile.
• Handrail and ground rails are made of plastic.
• Pre-cut openings for skimmer and inlet nozzle are already present.

Filter System Recommendation:

For this Ø 500 x 120 cm steel wall pool, the Steinbach Classic 400 filter system is recommended (not included). These Steinbach filter systems are perfectly adapted to Styriapool series steel wall pools and ensure crystal-clear pool water.

Operating Your Pool

The effective water depth is approximately 10 cm less than the steel sheath height. For this model, with a 120 cm steel sheath height, the effective water depth is approximately 110 cm.

Year-Round Use:

The robust steel wall (approx. 0.60 mm for 1.20 m depth) and the winter-resistant inner liner (Adriablau film color: approx. 0.60 mm) allow for year-round use. It is not necessary to disassemble the pool in winter.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity of your pool and the quality of its water. Ensure your filter system is operating efficiently to maintain clear water. The S1 skimmer kit (not included) is recommended for optimal water circulation preparation.

Water Chemistry:

Maintain proper water chemistry by regularly checking and adjusting pH levels and chlorine. Products like pH-Minus, pH-Plus, and chlorine tablets are essential for water treatment.
