Setup and Installation
Professional installation is recommended for this fixture. Ensure power is disconnected at the circuit breaker before proceeding.
- Prepare Mounting Location: The chandelier mounts to a standard electrical box. Ensure the electrical box and its support structure are capable of safely holding the fixture's weight (approximately 40 lbs).
- Install Mounting Hardware: Attach the mounting bracket to the electrical box using the provided screws.
- Adjust Chain Length: The fixture is chain-suspended from a canopy. It includes 40 inches of chain in a matching finish. This chain can be shortened during installation to achieve the desired hanging height. Additional chain can be purchased separately if a longer suspension is required. The fixture includes 144 inches of total wire, allowing for a maximum suspension of up to 180.5 inches with additional chain.
- Wire the Fixture: Connect the fixture's electrical wires to the house wiring according to local electrical codes. Typically, this involves connecting live to live, neutral to neutral, and ground to ground. Secure all connections with approved wire connectors.
- Attach Canopy: Slide the canopy up the chain and secure it to the mounting bracket, covering the electrical box.
- Assemble Crystal Components: Carefully attach the Heritage Handcut Crystals to the chandelier frame as per the detailed instructions provided in the included instruction sheets. The durable steel frame is adorned with crystal drops and rosettes, and aluminum candleslips with crystal bobeches.
- Install Light Bulbs: Refer to the Operating Instructions section for bulb type and wattage requirements.
Slope Ceiling Installation: This fixture can be installed on a slope ceiling up to a 45-degree angle.

Operating Instructions
- Bulb Requirements: The chandelier requires 8 x E12 base, B10 shape 120V light bulbs (60W max each) and 1 x E12 base, T7 shape 120V light bulb (15W max). Incandescent or LED bulbs can be used. Bulbs are sold separately.
- Power On: Once installation is complete and all bulbs are securely in place, restore power at the main circuit breaker.
- Control: The chandelier can be controlled via a standard wall switch. For dimming functionality, use a compatible dimmer switch (smooth and continuous dimming is supported).
Maintenance
- Cleaning the Fixture: To clean the metal frame, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish.
- Cleaning Crystals: Heritage Handcut Crystals are handcrafted and require careful handling. Use a soft, lint-free cloth, slightly dampened with distilled water or a specialized crystal cleaner, to gently wipe the crystals. Do not spray cleaner directly onto the fixture. Ensure no moisture enters electrical components.
- Bulb Replacement: Always disconnect power at the circuit breaker before replacing bulbs. Allow bulbs to cool completely before touching. Replace bulbs with the specified type and wattage.
- Periodic Inspection: Periodically check all connections and mounting hardware to ensure they remain secure.
Troubleshooting
- Light Does Not Turn On:
- Check if the power is on at the circuit breaker.
- Ensure all bulbs are correctly installed and not burnt out.
- Verify all wire connections are secure.
- Lights Flicker:
