Operation
Bulb Installation
This chandelier requires 24 E12 base, B10 shape 120V light bulbs. The maximum wattage for incandescent bulbs is 60W, or use equivalent LED bulbs (bulbs sold separately). Ensure bulbs are fully seated in their sockets.
Dimming Functionality
The fixture supports smooth and continuous dimming when used with a compatible dimmer switch. Consult a qualified electrician for dimmer installation if not already present.
Maintenance
Cleaning Crystals
To maintain the brilliance of your Heritage Handcut Crystals, regular cleaning is recommended. Always turn off the power to the fixture and allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Use a soft, lint-free cloth, slightly dampened with distilled water or a mild, non-abrasive glass cleaner.
- Gently wipe each crystal. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the crystal surface or damage the finish.
- For intricate areas, a soft brush can be used.

Bulb Replacement
Before replacing any bulbs, ensure the power to the fixture is turned off at the circuit breaker and the bulbs have cooled. Carefully unscrew the old bulb and screw in the new bulb, ensuring it is the correct type and wattage.
Troubleshooting
If your chandelier is not functioning correctly, perform the following basic checks:
- No Light: Check the circuit breaker to ensure power is on. Verify that all bulbs are securely screwed in and are not burnt out. Inspect wire connections for looseness.
- Flickering Lights: Ensure bulbs are fully tightened. If using a dimmer, confirm it is compatible with the installed bulbs and properly wired.
- Partial Lighting: Check individual bulbs for functionality. Replace any non-working bulbs.
For issues not resolved by these steps, contact a qualified electrician or Schonbek customer support.
