2.1. Button Functions
- SET Button: Used to enter setting modes and confirm selections.
- MODE Button: Used to cycle through different watch modes (Time, Chronograph, Alarm, Timer, Dual Time).

3. Setup
3.1. Initial Time and Date Setting
- In Time Mode, press and hold the SET button until the seconds begin to flash. This indicates you are in setting mode.
- Press the MODE button to cycle through the settings: Seconds → Hour → Minute → Year → Month → Day → 12/24 Hour Format.
- Use the ADJ. button to change the flashing value.
- Once all settings are adjusted, press the SET button again to exit the setting mode.
3.2. Battery Information
The watch is powered by 1 Lithium Metal battery (included). When the display becomes dim or functions are erratic, it indicates a low battery. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance integrity.
4. Operating Modes
Press the MODE button to cycle through the following functions:
- Time Mode (displays current time, day, date)
- Chronograph Mode (stopwatch)

4.1. Time Mode
This is the default display mode, showing the current time, day of the week, and date. Refer to Section 3.1 for setting the time and date.
4.2. Chronograph Mode (Stopwatch)
- From Time Mode, press MODE until 'CHRONO' or 'STW' appears on the display.
- Press ADJ. to start the stopwatch.
- Press ADJ. again to pause/resume.
- To record a lap time, press SET while the stopwatch is running. The lap time will display briefly, and the stopwatch will continue running in the background.
- To reset the stopwatch, ensure it is paused, then press SET.
4.3. Alarm Mode
- From Time Mode, press MODE until 'ALARM' or 'AL' appears.
- Press and hold SET until the alarm hour flashes.
- Use ADJ. to set the hour, then press MODE to move to minutes.
- Use ADJ. to set the minutes.
- Press SET to confirm and exit.
- To activate/deactivate the alarm, press ADJ. in Alarm Mode. An alarm icon will appear/disappear.
4.4. Countdown Timer Mode
- From Time Mode, press MODE until 'TIMER' or 'TMR' appears.
- Press and hold SET until the timer hour flashes.
- Use ADJ. to set the hour, then press MODE to move to minutes, and then seconds.
- Press SET to confirm the timer setting.
- Press ADJ. to start the countdown.
- Press ADJ. again to pause/resume.
- When the timer reaches zero, an alarm will sound. Press any button to stop the alarm.
4.5. Dual Time Mode
This function allows you to set and view a second time zone.
- From Time Mode, press MODE until 'DUAL TIME' or 'DT' appears.
- Press and hold SET until the dual time hour flashes.
- Use ADJ. to set the hour, then press MODE to move to minutes.
- Use ADJ. to set the minutes.
- Press SET to confirm and exit.
4.6. Backlight
Press the EL button at any time to illuminate the display for a few seconds.
