5. Setup and First Use
5.1 Before First Use
- Remove all packaging materials and promotional labels.
- Clean the mixing bowl, splash guard, and all mixing attachments (dough hook, stirring hook, whisk) with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. The main motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Place the stand mixer on a clean, dry, flat, and stable surface. Ensure the suction feet are securely attached to the countertop.
5.2 Assembling the Stand Mixer
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Press the release lever (located on the side of the mixer) and gently tilt the mixer arm upwards until it locks into place.
- Place the stainless steel mixing bowl into its base, turning it slightly clockwise until it is securely locked.
- Select the desired mixing attachment (dough hook, stirring hook, or whisk) for your recipe. Insert the attachment into the attachment port and turn it slightly until it clicks into place.
- Lower the mixer arm by pressing the release lever again and gently pushing the arm down until it locks into its operating position.
- Attach the transparent splash guard lid onto the mixer arm, ensuring it covers the bowl opening.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Using the Stand Mixer
- Ensure the mixer is correctly assembled with the desired attachment and bowl.
- Add your ingredients to the mixing bowl. Do not exceed the maximum capacity of 2.5-3 kg of dough.
- Plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
- Turn the rotary switch to the desired speed setting (Min to Max). The planetary mixing system ensures thorough and even mixing.
- For short bursts of power, turn the switch to the "P" (Pulse) setting and release.
- During operation, you can add ingredients through the refill opening on the splash guard.
- After mixing, turn the rotary switch to "0" (Off) and unplug the appliance.
- Press the release lever and tilt the mixer arm upwards. Remove the attachment by turning it slightly and pulling it down. Remove the mixing bowl by turning it counter-clockwise.
Note: To prevent overheating, do not operate the mixer for more than 5 minutes continuously. Allow it to rest for at least 10 minutes between uses, especially when kneading heavy doughs.

6.2 Using the Digital Kitchen Scale
- Place the scale on a flat, stable surface.
- Press the "ON/OFF/TARE" button to turn on the scale. Wait for the display to show "0g" or "0.0".
- Press the "MODE" button to select your desired unit of measurement (e.g., grams, ml for water/milk).
- Place the item to be weighed directly on the glass surface or in a container. The weight will be displayed.
- To use the Tare function (to weigh multiple ingredients in the same container): Place the first ingredient or empty container on the scale. Press "ON/OFF/TARE" to reset the display to "0". Add the next ingredient.
- To turn off the scale, press and hold the "ON/OFF/TARE" button for a few seconds, or it will automatically turn off after a period of inactivity.
7. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your appliance.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
- Mixing Bowl, Splash Guard, Whisk: These parts are dishwasher-safe or can be washed by hand in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent water spots or corrosion.
- Dough Hook, Stirring Hook: These aluminium die-cast attachments are NOT dishwasher-safe. Wash them by hand in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry immediately. Dishwashing can cause discoloration and damage to the aluminum finish.
- Digital Kitchen Scale: Wipe the glass surface and body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
- Store the appliance and its accessories in a clean, dry place.
