Setup
1. Charging the Battery
The Dremel 7700-1/15 features a removable 7.2V battery. To charge, detach the battery pack from the tool by squeezing the release tabs on both sides and pulling it off. Connect the battery pack to the provided charger and plug the charger into a standard wall outlet. Allow approximately 3 hours for a full charge.
2. Attaching Accessories
- Press and hold the shaft lock button located on the tool's head.
- Unscrew the collet nut.
- Insert the desired accessory shank into the collet. The tool accepts accessories up to 1/8" shank.
- Tighten the collet nut securely while still holding the shaft lock button. Release the shaft lock button.
