Setup
Follow these steps to prepare for your game:
- Players: The game is designed for 2 to 10 players.
- Shuffle: Thoroughly shuffle all 112 custom cards.
- Deal Cards: Each player draws 7 cards. Keep your cards hidden from other players.
- Starting Pile: Place the remaining cards face down to form the DRAW pile.
- Discard Pile: Turn over the top card of the DRAW pile and place it face up to start the DISCARD pile. If the first card is an Action or Wild card, special rules apply (see Special Cards section).
- First Player: The player to the left of the dealer goes first. Play proceeds clockwise.
How to Play
On your turn, you must match the top card of the DISCARD pile by either:
- Matching the color.
- Matching the number.
- Playing a Wild card.
- Playing a Wild Draw Four card.
If you cannot make a match, you must draw one card from the DRAW pile. If the drawn card can be played, you may play it immediately. Otherwise, your turn ends, and play passes to the next player.
The goal is to be the first player to get rid of all your cards. When you have only one card left, you must yell "UNO!" If you don't, and another player catches you before the next player takes their turn, you must draw two cards.
Special Cards
This edition includes standard UNO action cards featuring your favorite Peanuts characters:
- Skip Card: The next player in sequence loses their turn.
- Reverse Card: Reverses the direction of play. If play was clockwise, it becomes counter-clockwise, and vice-versa.
- Draw Two Card: The next player must draw two cards and loses their turn.
- Wild Card: Allows the player to change the color in play. This card can be played on any card.
- Wild Draw Four Card: Allows the player to change the color in play and the next player must draw four cards and loses their turn. This card can only be played if you do not have a card in your hand that matches the color of the card on the DISCARD pile.
The 112 custom cards feature beloved Peanuts characters such as Snoopy as the Red Baron, Charlie Brown, and Linus, adding a unique visual theme to the classic UNO gameplay.
Scoring
When a player goes out, the other players tally the points from the cards remaining in their hands:
- Number cards (0-9): Face value.
- Skip, Reverse, Draw Two cards: 20 points each.
- Wild, Wild Draw Four cards: 50 points each.
The first player to reach 500 points (or a mutually agreed-upon score) wins the game. Alternatively, the player with the lowest score after a set number of rounds wins.
