Usage Guidelines
The primary use of this product is for assembly and display. During the assembly process, handle all pieces with care to prevent bending or tearing. The puzzle is designed to enhance problem-solving skills, motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and social interaction if assembled with others.
Once assembled, the model is intended for static display. Avoid excessive handling to maintain its structural integrity.
Care and Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your assembled 3D puzzle, follow these care guidelines:
- Dusting: Regularly dust the model with a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush to prevent dust accumulation.
- Avoid Moisture: Keep the puzzle away from water and high humidity environments, as moisture can damage the EPS foam board material.
- Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause colors to fade and the material to degrade. Display the model in a shaded area.
- Gentle Handling: When moving the assembled model, handle it gently and support its base to prevent pieces from detaching or the structure from bending.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during assembly or with the product, consider the following:
- Pieces Not Fitting: Double-check the piece numbers and the corresponding slots in the instruction booklet. Ensure the pieces are oriented correctly. Do not force pieces together.
- Missing Pieces: If you believe a piece is missing, carefully re-examine the packaging and the area where you are assembling the puzzle. If a piece is genuinely missing, refer to the customer support section for assistance.
- Damaged Pieces: Handle pieces with care. If a piece is slightly bent, you may be able to gently straighten it. For significantly damaged pieces, contact customer support.
