Setup

Inserting and Removing Bits

  1. Select the appropriate bit for your fastener.
  2. Insert the bit firmly into the magnetic bit holder at the end of the screwdriver. The magnetic holder will secure the bit in place.
  3. To remove, simply pull the bit straight out from the holder.

Adjusting Ratchet Direction

The screwdriver features a switch to change the ratcheting direction:

  1. Locate the small lever on the side of the screwdriver head.
  2. Push the lever to the + position for tightening (clockwise rotation).
  3. Push the lever to the - position for loosening (counter-clockwise rotation).
  4. The middle position locks the ratchet for fixed use.

Operating Instructions

The ultra-low profile design allows the screwdriver to be used in extremely tight spaces where traditional screwdrivers cannot fit. Its thin body (2.4mm) and offset head provide unparalleled access.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Bit not holding securely:

Ensure the bit is fully inserted into the magnetic holder. If the issue persists, the bit or holder magnet may be worn and require replacement.

Rachet mechanism not engaging:

Check that the direction switch is fully engaged in either the + or - position, not in the neutral (locked) position.

Difficulty turning fasteners:

Verify that the correct bit size and type are being used for the fastener. Ensure sufficient downward pressure is applied to prevent cam-out and stripping of the fastener head.
