4. Setup and Assembly

5. Operating Instructions

Using your Rowenta IS9100U1 Garment Steamer is simple and efficient:

  1. Power On: Plug the steamer into a standard electrical outlet. Press the foot-operated ON/OFF button located on the base of the unit. The indicator light will illuminate.
  2. Heat Up: The steamer will begin to heat up. It takes approximately 60 seconds to reach operating temperature. You will hear the water heating and see steam begin to emit from the steam head.

6. Care and Maintenance

  • Empty Water Tank: After each use, allow the steamer to cool down completely. Remove the water reservoir and empty any remaining water. This prevents mineral buildup.
