Setup

1. Battery Installation

The keyboard and mouse require batteries for operation. Locate the battery compartments on the underside of both devices. Insert the required batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery covers securely.

2. Connecting the USB Receiver

Locate the 2.4 GHz USB receiver. This small dongle is often stored within the mouse's battery compartment for safekeeping. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer. The system should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers.

3. Powering On

Ensure both the keyboard and mouse have their power switches in the "ON" position. These switches are typically located on the underside of each device. The devices should connect to the receiver automatically.

Operating Instructions

Keyboard Functions

The keyboard features 103 keys and supports multi-language input. It includes standard alphanumeric keys, function keys (F1-F12), a numeric keypad, and navigation keys.

Internet Hotkeys

The keyboard is equipped with nine dedicated internet hotkeys for quick access to common web functions. Refer to the key labels for specific functions such as home, email, search, etc.

System Hotkeys

Two system hotkeys are provided for convenient control over system functions. These may include media playback controls or volume adjustments, depending on the specific model.

Mouse Functions

The mouse features standard left and right click buttons, a scroll wheel (which also functions as a middle click button), and dedicated back and forward buttons for web browsing or file navigation.

Maintenance

Cleaning

To clean the keyboard and mouse, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth with mild soap can be used, ensuring no liquid enters the devices. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Battery Replacement

Replace batteries when performance degrades or devices become unresponsive. Always use new batteries of the specified type. Dispose of old batteries according to local regulations.

Storage

When storing the combo for extended periods, remove the batteries to prevent leakage. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
